Dukha
Definition: Suffering; pain, distress, or dissatisfaction, regarded as a fundamental aspect of embodied existence.
Insights: Duhkha, or suffering, is a core concept in yoga and Indian philosophy. The Yoga Sutra teaches that all worldly experience is marked by duhkha due to impermanence and attachment. Recognizing the nature of suffering is the first step toward liberation.
