Rajas
Definition: The quality of activity, restlessness, and stimulation; one of the three gunas influencing the mind and behavior.
Insights: Rajas is characterized by movement, desire, and agitation. When dominant, it creates restlessness, craving, and distraction, disturbing the mindâs clarity. The yogic path involves recognizing rajas and cultivating balance, aiming to increase sattva (clarity and harmony) for greater inner peace.
