Samsaya
Definition: Doubt; uncertainty or hesitation, considered a significant obstacle on the yogic path.
Insights: Samsaya is the state of doubt or indecision that undermines confidence and disrupts yogic practice. Patanjali identifies it as a primary obstacle (antaraya). Overcoming samsaya involves cultivating clarity and trust through study, self-reflection, and guidance from a teacher.
