Samskara
Definition: Mental impression; a latent tendency or conditioning formed by past actions and experiences.
Insights: Samskaras are the subtle mental impressions and patterns left by previous thoughts, actions, and experiences. These latent tendencies shape behavior and perception. Yogic practice aims to purify samskaras, fostering positive patterns and dissolving harmful ones.
