Samyama
Definition: The integrated practice of concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana), and absorption (samadhi) applied simultaneously to a single object.
Insights: Samyama is the advanced yogic discipline of combining concentration, meditation, and absorption on a single object. This integration refines awareness, deepens insight, and, as described in the Yoga Sutra, may lead to extraordinary abilities. Ultimately, samyama serves as a powerful tool for self-realization and mastery of the mind.
