Sattva
Definition: Purity, clarity, and harmony; the guna (quality) representing light, balance, and lucidity.
Insights: Sattva is the quality of purity, lucidity, and harmony among the three gunas (sattva, rajas, tamas). Cultivating sattva brings mental clarity, tranquility, and prepares the mind for higher spiritual realization.
